Once you’re ready to move forward, we begin the paid Pre-Construction Process, where your builder, designer, and key consultants form a dedicated project team. This stage ensures your design is practical, achievable, and aligned with your budget before any construction begins.
Design & Cost Planning
Working closely with your designer, we refine your concept and develop your plans in detail.

Detailed Proposal & Final Approvals
